Minnesota Orchestra Fellows Esther Seitz and Lovrick Gary experience life as members of the Orchestra through performances on stage and in communities. Designed to give musicians of color opportunities for mentorship and to prepare them for auditions leading to a full-time tenure track position, the Fellowship program is one of many across the country intended to make a change in disparities in the industry.
