Jevetta Steele and her siblings (known as the Twin Cities-based vocal ensemble The Steeles) are longtime collaborators of the Minnesota Orchestra, so it felt only natural to welcome Jevetta as a guest artist in our Celebration of Juneteenth concert. Jevetta reflects on her performing career, her past collaborations with the Orchestra and what Juneteenth means to her.
